Summer Camps and Learning Opportunities:

  • Attend the Boiler Vet Camp at Purdue University’s School of Veterinary Medicine. This is a week long camp in the summer where students experience what it’s like to be a veterinarian while attending lectures, laboratories, and surgeries at the Purdue Veterinary School Campus.
    • The Junior Camp is for students entering 8th and 9th grade.
    • The Senior Camp is for students entering 10th, 11th or 12th grade.
  • Attend the Veterinary Summer College at Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.  This is a three week course that explores veterinary small animal practice and includes lectures and hands-on laboratories.
    • The program is available for students who have completed their sophomore, junior, or senior year.
  • Attend VetCAMP at North Carolina State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
    • This is a five day summer camp for any interested high school student.
  • Attend Kids U Summer Camp at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
    • This is a 5 day summer class for any interested high school student.
